What Makes Columbine Valley One of Littleton's Most Loved Communities
10/22/26 | By Kim Byers, The Byers Group at Compass
Columbine Valley is one of the most unique areas in the entire Littleton area, and it all starts with the Columbine Country Club. The community is literally built around the club, and that shapes everything about daily life here — from the golf course views to the golf carts you will see rolling through the neighborhood on any given evening.
One of the things I love most about Columbine Valley is the variety. You can find an older townhome priced around $800,000, depending on how updated it is, and at the other end of the spectrum, new or newer construction homes on the golf course are selling in the $3 million range. Lot sizes vary depending on the neighborhood, and many of the homes back directly to the golf course, so the views can be truly amazing.
The lifestyle here is what really wins people over. This is a fun, friendly area where you will see neighbors golf carting around and out walking their dogs. There are a few park spaces scattered throughout, and the Columbine Valley Town Hall hosts concerts during the summer that bring the whole community together.
Families are drawn here for the schools, too. Columbine Valley is located in the Littleton Public School District, which has an excellent reputation and is a big reason buyers put this area at the top of their list.
And when you want a night out, Historic Downtown Littleton is just a short drive away, with wonderful restaurants, shops, and local events throughout the year. If you are thinking about making a move to Columbine Valley, I would love to show you around — including the off-market opportunities you will not find anywhere else.
