WELCOME TO Wild Plum

Wild Plum is the newest neighborhood in Columbine Valley, with most of its homes built between 2021 and 2023. The property used to be Tuck Farm, and as you drive into the neighborhood you'll see Cooley Lake, which is beautiful — there's no public access to the lake, but the views are great. There are also a few park areas and great walking trails in the neighborhood, and the homes are all new and on larger lots.
